How do I send you my digital recordings? 

You can send us your digital recordings via the Internet by clicking on the 'Send us your files' on the right hand side of the page.  This will take you to our secure account with Yousendit.com.  Please enter your email address and any message, click the browse button to find the audio files.  You can send five files at a time.  Click the Send button and wait for the uploading to finish before moving away from the page.

Alternatively, you are also welcome to send your disks to us via Recorded Delivery to our mailing address and we will confirm receipt when delivered.

Why do you charge more for a verbatim transcript?

We charge more because it does take longer to complete, up to 50% more than an intelligent or semi-verbatim transcript. 

What is your quality assurance?

All of our transcripts are checked for accuracy, readability, spelling and grammar before returning to you. 

Do you charge VAT?

We do not currently charge Value Added Tax.
